Editing an Order
You can edit your order's items as long as the order has yet to be shipped. We cannot edit your order once the items have been shipped.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% fee, which reflects the payment-processing and allocation costs we cannot recover once a pre-order is placed.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.
Can You Send Some of What I Ordered Early?
Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, it will require the purchase of an additional shipping charge.
