Preorder items are products available for purchase before official release.

Preorder Terms

Payment is collected at checkout
Orders ship on or after release date
Release dates may change
Supplier delays may occur

Mixed Orders

If your order contains preorder and in-stock items:

Order ships when all items are available OR
Contact us to split shipment (extra shipping fee may apply)

Cancellations

Preorders may be cancelled before shipment.

Delays

If a preorder is delayed:

Customers will be notified
You may request cancellation for full refund

Allocation

High-demand products may be allocated. If allocation occurs:

Quantity may be reduced
Refund issued for unavailable items
