Preorder Terms
- Payment is collected at checkout
- Orders ship on or after release date
- Release dates may change
- Supplier delays may occur
Mixed Orders
If your order contains preorder and in-stock items:
- Order ships when all items are available OR
- Contact us to split shipment (extra shipping fee may apply)
Cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled before shipment.
Delays
If a preorder is delayed:
- Customers will be notified
- You may request cancellation for full refund
Allocation
High-demand products may be allocated. If allocation occurs:
- Quantity may be reduced
- Refund issued for unavailable items
