Refund & Return Policy
We follow a standard trading card industry return policy designed to protect both customers and product integrity.
Return Window:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Products must be in original sealed condition
- Return must be approved before shipping back
Eligible for Returns
You may return:
- Sealed booster boxes (unopened)
- Sealed Elite Trainer Boxes (unopened)
- Sealed collection boxes (unopened)
- Accessories (unused)
Not Eligible for Returns
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon TCG products, we do NOT accept returns for:
- Opened booster packs
- Opened booster boxes
- Opened Elite Trainer Boxes
- Opened collection boxes
- Single cards
- Graded cards
- Mystery products
- Final sale items
All trading card products contain random contents and pull rates are not guaranteed.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include order number
- Provide clear photos of packaging and items
We will provide one of the following:
- Replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- Full refund
Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is incorrect or defective
- Tracking is required for returns
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days
- Issued to original payment method
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
