Claims

To file a claim:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery issue
• Provide order number
• Provide photos (if damaged)

Approved claims will receive:

• Replacement product (if available) OR
• Store credit OR
• Full refund

Shipping Protection is optional and non-refundable once the order ships.
